These terms govern your use of the 10shots app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use 10shots. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Notify us at support@10shots.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
10shots lets you create or join time-bound events. Each member gets a fixed number of photos ("shots") during the event window. Photos are hidden until the event ends and the reveal window opens, at which point they become visible to the members of that event. Event timing and shot limits are part of the product and may change between versions.
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you create in 10shots. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate the app — for example, to deliver your photos to other members of an event you joined and to show the reveal. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have already saved or shared outside the app and for residual copies in routine backups.
You are responsible for the content you create, and you confirm you have the right to capture and share it, including the rights of any people who appear in your photos.

The app lets you share specific photos outside 10shots using your device's share sheet. Once you share content outside the app, it is no longer controlled by 10shots and is your responsibility.
10shots includes a way to flag content and to delete your own photos. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe create legal or safety risk. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
10shots is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that photos will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10shots and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the app or these terms. When we make material changes to these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, give a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
