10shots is a disposable-camera-style photo app for small groups. We collect as little as we can to make the app work, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
10shots ("we", "us") provides the 10shots mobile app. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@10shots.app.
Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and an email address. Apple's "Hide My Email" relay is supported — if you use it, we only ever see the relay address. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password.
Profile. A display name you choose (shown to other members of events you join) and, optionally, a profile photo you upload.
Content. The photos you take within an event, the events you create or join (event name, join code, start/end/reveal times), your membership in those events, and the photos you "like".
Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the app is used (for example, that an event was created or a shot was taken). These events are tied to an internal user identifier only. We do not collect the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Crash diagnostics. We use Sentry to capture crash reports so we can fix bugs. These contain anonymous device and operating-system information and a technical stack trace, not the contents of your photos.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Photos you take inside an event are visible only to the other members of that specific event. There is no public gallery, no global feed, and no follower system. If you choose to share a photo outside the app using your device's share sheet, that sharing is under your control and is no longer governed by this policy.
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service:

Your account data and photos are stored in the European Union (Ireland). If you access the app from outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, the photos you took, the events you created (and the photos within them), and your event memberships. Backups, if any, are cycled out on a rolling basis.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA), you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@10shots.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10shots is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
